# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce, 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 2 tbsp light brown sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1/4 cup water, and optional 1 tsp chili garlic sauce. Grate 1 tbsp fresh ginger, mince 2 cloves garlic, shred 2 cups green cabbage and 1 cup carrots.
