# Ingredients:

→ The Star of the Show

01 - 3 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless Turkey Breast Roast (pre-cooked, smoked or cured)

→ The Golden Honey Glaze

02 - 1 cup pure honey
03 - 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
05 - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
06 - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
07 - 1/4 cup fresh orange juice

→ Aromatic Infusion & Seasoning

08 - 1 tsp garlic powder
09 - 1 tsp onion powder
10 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
11 - 1/2 tsp ground cloves
12 - 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
13 - 1/2 tsp fine sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a roasting pan with foil for easy cleanup. Ensure your 3 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless Turkey Breast Roast is at room temperature for even cooking, which is key for your Perfect Easter Honey Baked Turkey Ham.
02 - In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup pure honey, 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar, 1/4 cup unsalted butter, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, and 1/4 cup fresh orange juice. Heat over medium-low until butter melts and sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
03 - Using a sharp knife, score the top of the 3 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless Turkey Breast Roast in a diamond pattern, about 1/4 inch deep. In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp ground cloves, 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper, and 1/2 tsp fine sea salt. Rub this spice blend all over the turkey.
04 - Place the seasoned Turkey Breast Roast in the prepared roasting pan. Brush generously with about one-third of the prepared glaze. Bake for 60 minutes. This initial bake sets the stage for a delicious Perfect Easter Honey Baked Turkey Ham.
05 - After 60 minutes, remove the turkey from the oven. Brush with another third of the glaze. Return to the oven and continue baking for another 60 minutes, basting every 20 minutes with the remaining glaze and pan drippings. The glaze should become beautifully caramelized.
06 - For the last 30 minutes, if the glaze is browning too quickly, loosely tent the turkey with foil. Continue baking until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C). Remove from oven, tent loosely with foil, and let the Perfect Easter Honey Baked Turkey Ham rest for 15-20 minutes.
07 - After resting, slice the Perfect Easter Honey Baked Turkey Ham against the grain into desired thickness. Drizzle with any remaining pan juices and serve immediately. Enjoy this festive centerpiece!

# Notes:

01 - For an extra smoky flavor, consider adding a pinch of liquid smoke to the glaze mixture.
02 - Store leftover turkey ham in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. It's delicious cold in sandwiches!
03 - If you don't have apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar or even a squeeze of lemon juice can work as a substitute for the acidity.
04 - This turkey ham pairs wonderfully with classic Easter sides like roasted asparagus, scalloped potatoes, or a fresh spring salad.
